Privacy Policy
Last updated 30 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data DnameHub collects when you use dnamehub.com, why we collect it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to everyone who visits the marketplace or holds an account.
1. Who we are
DnameHub operates the marketplace at dnamehub.com and decides how your personal data is handled — in data-protection terms, we are the data controller. For any question or request about your data, contact us at support@dnamehub.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data. Your email address, used to create your account and sign you in through Firebase Authentication.
- Order & wallet data. The domains you buy, any wallet top-ups, and your order status and history.
- Payment data. Crypto payments are handled by our payment provider, NOWPayments. We receive confirmation of the payment and its amount — we do not receive or store your card details, wallet private keys or seed phrases.
- Support & contact data. Messages you send through the contact form or by email, and the support tickets tied to them.
- Usage & device data. With your consent, analytics and advertising cookies record how you use the site. We also keep brief server logs (such as your IP address and browser) for security and abuse prevention. See the Cookie Policy for the full list.
3. Why we use your data
We use your data only for these purposes, each with a legal basis under the KVKK and, in the EEA, the GDPR:
- To run the marketplace, process your orders and transfer domains to you — to perform our contract.
- To create and secure your account and to prevent fraud and abuse — our legitimate interests and legal duties.
- To answer your questions and provide support — to perform our contract and our legitimate interests.
- To measure and improve the site, and for advertising — only with your consent (through cookies).
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — to comply with the law.
5. International transfers
Some of these providers process data on servers outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where they do, they apply safeguards for the transfer, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. The Cookie Policy covers how Google in particular handles this data.
6. How long we keep it
- Account, order and payment records — while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting law then requires.
- Support messages — for as long as needed to handle your request and a reasonable period afterwards.
- Analytics and advertising cookies — for the lifetimes listed in the Cookie Policy.
7. Your rights
Under the KVKK (Article 11) and, if you are in the EEA, the GDPR, you can ask us to give you access to your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send you a copy to move elsewhere. You can also withdraw your consent to cookies at any time. To make any of these requests, email us at support@dnamehub.com. You have the right to complain to your data-protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu).
9. Children
The marketplace is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Security
We protect your data with measures such as encryption in transit, access controls and a trusted authentication provider. No system can be completely secure, but we work to keep your data safe and to act quickly if something goes wrong.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above always shows the current version, and we will highlight material changes on the site.
